A quick treat for Valentine's Day.
Made with just a few ingredients
Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Crackers
PRINT DIRECTIONSSimply melt a bag of chocolate disks (I used dark chocolate)
Spread peanut butter on a cracker and top with another cracker.
Dip in melted chocolate and place on pan lined with waxed paper.
Sprinkle with colorful decorations
Cool in the refrigerator until hardened
Treats are always better when shared with someone.
And I had someone on my mind when making these.
My dear friend, currently living in Texas, sent this pretty table scarf to me via another friends recent visit.
Even though it is intended for Christmas with tiny boughs of pine and holly, red cardinal and Amaryllis, I think it works for Valentine's Day too.
I took notice of the capital 'L' in red and thought it extra special ;)
She would bring her infectious smile and words of encouragement because that is one of her gifts.
Thinking of good times with friends as I put this vignette together.
